What we collect here
- Aggregated visit statistics. We use
Plausible Analytics
(EU company, data hosted in the EU): no cookies, no fingerprinting, no
advertising pixels, no persistent identifiers, no cross-site tracking.
We see aggregated page counts, referrer domains and countries — never who
you are. IP addresses are not stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest
(GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); no consent banner is required for cookieless,
non-identifying measurement. Our hosting provider (Netlify) additionally
processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent) to serve the site;
we don't enrich or repurpose them.
- Email — if you write to
hello@rapidvalue.eu, we keep the
correspondence to answer you and follow up. Legal basis: legitimate
interest / pre-contractual steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
- Demo bookings — the "book a demo" button opens Calendly,
which processes the details you enter under
Calendly's privacy policy.
We receive your name, email and chosen slot.
- Resource downloads — the gated documents on the
Downloads page ask for your name, work e-mail
and company. We use these to understand who our material reaches and for a
possible one-time follow-up — no newsletter, no automated campaign, no
resale. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Submissions
are processed and stored by our hosting provider Netlify (form handling)
and deleted within 12 months. Object or request deletion any time via
hello@rapidvalue.eu.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold
about you at any time via
hello@rapidvalue.eu. You can also
lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority
(GBA/APD).
The product is a different story — deliberately
RapidValue IGA, the platform, processes identity data on behalf of our
customers under a data-processing agreement, with EU hosting, encryption in
transit and at rest, an immutable audit trail and built-in GDPR Art. 17/20
flows. See Trust & architecture; the DPA is part of
every subscription.
